As a Production Manager, you are a key person in the entire production process. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from planning through to execution. You are responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the production of (stainless) steel storage tanks, prefabricated components, and structures. You ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable quality, safety, and technical standards.
You develop and oversee production schedules and make adjustments where necessary. You work closely with the team and ensure clear communication between production, engineering, and project management.
In addition, you are able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications, allowing you to effectively manage the production process.
This is a full-time position in which you play an important role within the organization.
