Vacancy: Welder

As a Welder, you are a key specialist on our shop floor. The durability and aesthetics of our structures depend directly on your hands, precision, and feel for the material. You will be responsible for proper edge preparation, tack welding, and producing clean, acid-resistant welds (TIG/MIG/MAG) during the manufacture of stainless steel tanks and structural components. You ensure full penetration, tightness, and defect-free welding while working strictly according to technical documentation, WPS instructions, and OHS standards.

You closely collaborate with the team, ensuring a smooth shop floor workflow and high quality of the final products.

You can read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications, allowing you to independently execute assigned projects efficiently.

This is a full-time position playing a crucial role in our organization.

What we expect:

  • Practical knowledge of the TIG (141) or MIG/MAG method for stainless steel

  • Ability to read technical and structural drawings

  • Welding certificates (or readiness to acquire/renew them with our support)

  • Attention to weld aesthetics, tightness, and responsibility for assigned tasks

  • Interest in stainless steel processing and fabrication

  • Good command of English will be an added advantage

What we offer:

  • Stable employment in a dynamically growing company with an established market position

  • Attractive salary, a result-based bonus system, and holiday bonuses

  • An informal work atmosphere with short communication channels and room for initiative

  • A tight-knit team of dedicated specialists who value high-quality work

  • Funding for welding certificates, training, and a laundry allowance for workwear

  • Comfortable working conditions using professional welding equipment

  • Celebrating successes together and annual integration trips with the team

  • Opportunity to work on international projects
